Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship with Canada Post; you can choose:
- Expedited: 3-4 business days in Ontario, 4-6 business days across Canada.
- Xpresspost: 2-4 business days across Canada
- Priority: 2 business days across Canada (add a day for more remote/rural areas)
What are your delivery times for local orders?
We usually deliver next day Monday-Friday. Please contact us to make arrangements if you would like same day delivery.
I live nearby. Can I pickup my order?
Yes, it can be arranged. Please select “Pickup from Present Simple” as the shipping method when you check out. We are open by appointment only. Contact us to set up a pick up time.
My order includes wine. Where can you ship it?
We offer local delivery of wine, beer and spirits within the Greater City of Sudbury. Our liquor license does not permit us to send liquor through Canada Post or other carriers.
What is your return policy?
Due to the time and attention we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at hello@presentsimple.ca
Do you offer corporate gifting services?
Can you include my logo/brand in the gift design?
Yes and yes! This is our specialty! We love customizing gifts for our corporate clients. Contact us for more information.
Can I customize my gift box?
Yes you can! If you have a specific budget in mind or want to swap out an item or create a one-of-a-kind gift, just contact us and we will be happy to help you out.
Can I add a personalized note?
You sure can! Every box comes with a handwritten, personal note to your recipient.
Upon check out, include your message in the box that says “Message Text”. If you miss adding the note, simply send us an email at hello@presentsimple.ca and we will add it. Contact us for more information.
